21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Use and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.
