Last updated: January 2025
These Terms of Use explain the terms and conditions that apply to your use of any website operated by Autonomous Behavior Solutions LLC, including any forms, portals, or information available on those sites (collectively, the “Website”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully.
For purposes of these Terms of Use, “Autonomous Behavior Solutions,” “ABS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Autonomous Behavior Solutions LLC, its affiliated entities, and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and assignees.
By accessing, viewing, or otherwise using the Website (each, a “use”), you (individually, a “User” or “you” and collectively, “Users”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must not use the Website and should exit immediately.
We may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use, so you should review them regularly.

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and Autonomous Behavior Solutions governing your use of the Website.
These Terms of Use incorporate, by reference, our Privacy Policy (and any applicable Notice of Privacy Practices, if provided separately). By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have been given an opportunity to review these Terms of Use and decline to accept them; however, if you do not accept them, you must immediately stop using the Website.
